Typical lease term lasts for 12 months. We can also offer shorter lease term of 8 months at standard price. But if it is for (3 to 7)-month short term, $95 extra would be added for each month. / We have a few different lease period options depending on the room you choose.
Our typical lease requirement is 1 year but perhaps the Landlord will negotiate with you at the viewing if you have specific preferences or needs.
We also do month-to-month lease, usually starting at 3 months. Add $95 to monthly price.

Typically you’d share the suite with 4 others. There are 1-2 bathrooms per suite depending on the room you choose. We have a house with 3 bathrooms where you would share with 6 others. We also have 1 room available on a sublet until August which has 2 bathrooms and only 2 other roommates. This room is double the size of a normal bedroom and is available for $895 per month
There is one shared kitchen in each suite. The number of those sharing depends on which suite you choose as we have several options available.

The rooms are located on the first and second floor
Standard rooms are about 90sqft, you can fit a bed, desk and chair inside. We have larger rooms available which are 100-200 sqft, it’s best to choose a viewing time to see all of our options
First & last is required. But to hold the room you only need to pay one month deposit, We can do other paperwork the same day.
